Our double room came equipped with the basics, like an electric kettle for a nice hot cuppa, air conditioning to beat the heat, and even an iron for any last-minute touch-ups. 🍵.

The family atmosphere here was wonderful, located in the heart of the city, just 2 km from a notable attraction, I stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, definitely planning to return.

The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed our comfortable suite with amenities like a kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The location of this place was truly amazing and stunning.

Starting the day with a spread of yummy breakfast options was awesome. the staff here were amazing during our entire stay, super helpful and friendly every step of the way. 👌.

During our Easter break, we enjoyed a comfortable bed and a nice pool in a stunning historical building. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a warm welcome with a free drink upon arrival and lighting candles during our dinner. We also appreciated the charming location and the fact that the hotel catered to families by offering a complimentary breakfast for kids.

The hotel could have improved its maintenance and tidiness. Some areas were not as clean as expected, and the lack of basic hospitality skills from the staff was disappointing.

We loved the hotel's welcoming staff who were always available to serve us drink, light candles and offer help wherever needed. The property and grounds are stunningly beautiful, with a lovely pool and tasteful decoration. Additionally, the hotel offers a free-spirit atmosphere that allows you to feel comfortable doing what you want to do. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to transportation and a nearby supermarket. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided by the hotel to explore this city.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel offers a peaceful setting and friendly staff. The location is ideal, a short distance from the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. the hotel provides a nice pool area and a breakfast service to start the day.

The facilities could use some improvements. The outdoor pool could have been cleaner and the staff could have been more attentive to maintenance.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious service provided at this hotel were exceptional. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre which had a relaxing sauna, steam room and a beautiful massage pool. the sun terrace is perfectly situated on the garden area with a fantastic entertainment space for all guests to relax.

The lack of foot massage was a minor issue at this hotel.

The hotel is surrounded by nature and has a beautiful setup. the pool is a great way to cool off on hot days. Some of the rooms are quite nice and overall clean. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is a good start to the day.

There are a few details that need attention, such as lack of light bulbs and power outlets in some of the rooms.

Amazing grounds, lovely pool, friendly receptionist, enjoyable bike use, 5-star opportunity, helpful staff.
